When Do I Pay?
For surgical procedures, a deposit must be made to the clinic prior to surgery day. In order to ensure your doctor and date of choice, we recommend making a deposit prior to arrival. Top clinics are often booked weeks or months in advance, meaning there is no guarantee you will get your date without a deposit. In general, the deposit is around 10% - 20% of the total estimated cost and is usually non-refundable. The remainder is then paid on the day of the surgery or anytime before. Payment must be made in full prior surgery, as is standard procedure.

Why Should I Use An Agency?Scheduling a medical treatment or cosmetic surgery in a foreign country can be a complicated and daunting task. While Thailand has many high quality medical facilities and skilled doctors, not being able to speak the local language can be an issue when it comes to effectively communicating what you want out of the procedure. That’s where Azami comes in. We are a local agency fluent in both Thai and English and can assist along every step of the way. It is our mission to make sure things go as smoothly as possible while you’re here. In short, we’ll be your local guide for the duration of your trip in Thailand.

Why are plastic surgeries in Thailand so cheap? Are they safe?Getting plastic surgery in Thailand is generally cheaper than in western countries. However, that doesn’t mean the quality is lower or doctors are less skilled. In fact, plastic surgery is a very popular industry here - with the number of cosmetic surgery institutions growing rapidly over the past 10 years. Due to the highly competitive nature of this business, each clinic must bring their best in terms of quality of facilities, doctors, and service. The costs, however, still align with the local cost of living as Thais are still the main target consumers.
-
Why Is Azami Different From Other Agencies? We are a professional and trustworthy agency dedicated to helping you along every step of your journey. Our passionate team is all from the local area, and has a deep understanding of the medical tourism industry here. We only partner with top hospitals and clinics, some of which don’t have English speaking teams to assist. That’s where we come in to provide professional level translators to help you better communicate your needs. Not only do we make sure you get the best possible outcome for your procedure, but are also here to make sure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. If you plan to stay longer and travel around the country, we are more than happy to assist. Consider us your local friends and family here in Thailand.

What Happens If There Is a Problem After I Leave Thailand? If there is a problem after you have left Thailand, don’t hesitate to contact us to help you resolve it. We are always here to communicate with current and past customers in any situation.
-
Is It More Expensive To Use Your Service? No, the rate you pay for the procedure would be the same as if you went yourself. Azami has a special relationship with most hospitals and clinics and is able to negotiate most procedures at a discounted rate. We take a small referral fee for doing so which is then paid back to our staff and translators. Overall, patients are able to get the same price with a higher quality of service by using Azami. These services include arranging transportation to and from the hospital, professional translation, and our 24/7 phone line in case of emergency.
-
Will I get charged for other extra costs after I book and go to Thailand? The price we give you is an all inclusive price for the procedure. However, for some procedures the hospital cannot give an exact price as it will depend on the problem and need to be evaluated in person. In that case, we will give you a range of the prices so you have an accurate idea of what you’ll pay on arrival.
-
Will You Guarantee The Results Of My Procedure? While we can ensure you have access to the highest quality doctors and facilities, we can not guarantee the outcome of your procedure. At every clinic in Bangkok, you will need to sign a waiver before proceeding. This waiver releases the clinic from all legal liability, as is standing in Thailand.
